Our client needed detailed design and drawings of infrastructure services for an infill subdivision in central Gisborne.
Project delivery was on a tight budget and our team successfully overcame design challenges ensuring the Resource Conditions were met and additionally when integrating stormwater and wastewater services into existing infrastructure.
In the design Civil Assist managed to integrate the following cost saving innovations:
- Connecting wastewater drainage to front lot with additional chamber to remove excavating 3 metre trench in the road.
- Recommending a grass mowing strip within the driveway for easy future access to services.
This project was managed by Sebastian Masset, with support from Marcus Koll and Thomas Omundsen.
