Bianca brings an optimistic outlook to the team at Civil Assist, with a sensitive eye to detail. When she is not looking for ways to make the paperwork of projects more efficient, she will be found for a quick coffee break looking over the water outside the office. An extremely talanted individual; if there's a cricket match on you won't find Kogulan far away. Happily spending his weekends travelling for cricket, Kogulan spends his week days helping us all with technical details, CAD, reports and everything in between!

With a flair for the human element of design and being well versed in mechanical engineering Renzo is an all-rounder who works across survey, testing and design. Hailing from South America, don't be surprised if he's MIA during the height of summer!
